Values & Objective
"Information alone can never become knowledge and knowledge never becomes wisdom without some kind of rooting in the good soil of experience." James Raffan. Our school inculcates the following values in the minds of the students through moral education imparted while teaching each and every subject. The values we inculcate are: Respect, Responsibility, Tolerance, Thoughtfulness, Friendship, Love, Courage, Appreciation, Honesty, Empathy, Co-operation, Positivity, Unity, Peace, Happiness, Hope, Patience, Care, Determination, Trust, Freedom. These values are at times addressed directly through lessons and assemblies. Either way, they are the basis for the social, intellectual, emotional, spiritual and moral development of the whole child. We encourage children to consider these values and thereby to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes that enable them to develop as reflective learners and grow to be stable, educated and civil adults. Objectives of our school: • To provide rich, safe, secured, stimulating and caring environment. • To help all children to be happy, confident and enthusiastic learners. • To encourage artistic, creative and logical talents of students. • To enable each child to reach their complete potential by fostering self-esteem and a sense of achievement. • To encourage the development of skills and to motivate life-long learning. • To provide high quality teaching and learning experiences to enable all children to achieve highest possible standards in all areas of the curriculum. • To develop respect and care for the school environment and local community. • To ensure equal opportunities for all pupils. • To ensure that no discrimination on any ground is tolerated. • To foster an awareness of acceptable standards of work, attitude and behavior both inside and outside the school. • To ensure good relationships between the home and school. • To welcome parents with warmth and encourage them to work in partnership and harmony with the staff. • To make our students understand the importance of health and hygiene. • To involve and promote children in regular physical exercises. • To develop the artistic skills of students of music, drama and art as a means of expression.
